Shipping and Delivery Policy

Any shipping and delivery matters are governed by this BalaiKamay policy ("Shipping & Delivery Policy")

1. Delivery charges

You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order prior to making a payment. We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable.

2. Delivery time

The delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days from the date of completing an order for those within Metro Manila while 3-7 working days for those outside Manila. Deliveries will be made to the provided address at the time of the order. Other requests for customization such as engraving and curated packing may affect delivery lead time. 

Though we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, notices and updates will be provided accordingly. 

3. Damaged / Defective goods

If the goods you received are damaged, defective, do not match your order or were erroneously shipped to you, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.

4. Product Returns

We will shoulder the shipping costs incurred for the return of any item(s) that are defective, may have been damaged in transit, do not match your order or were shipped erroneously to you. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy for more details.
